Iconic Glass Mansion - Huge Views - Best Location

Horrible had to pay even more money to get a different hotel a complete scam Luke & glass mansion is

We couldn’t even get in threw the front gate ther was no code to get threw ther was no key to get inside I want all my refund back immediately

− We went around the gate walked down to the front door to try to find a key upon arrival. The front doors had just opened up as we tried to unlock the key for the 4 numbers that was sent as if someone was already inside so the police were called they used an emergency pin to get threw the gate cleared the house and also informed me the front doors don’t lock from the outside so therefore my family and I were not staying knowing the doors were not able to lock all night and the sliding glass door in the bedroom also was unlocked and didn’t lock it is a scam. I got scammed 959.00 and I want it back or you and Luke will be turned into my credit report and bbb. I already made a police report that night after they came out and the police officer and I had been calling Luke or the phone number that was giving and noooo answer. Still 5 days later nooo answer

The spaciousness of the location, the beautiful view great for watching sunrise & sunset!! Great location for a big family!!

Good location and beautiful views but the home could be maintained better.

Beautiful views and large windows.

− Not well maintained. Cobwebs all over the windows, front door, and trash in the driveway, garage, and back landscaping area by the water. We could have looked over one or two of these issues but all of it combined seemed to overshadow our experience. Check in at 4pm was a little too late in our opinion. Early check-in for an additional $275 seemed a little steep. If you drive a sedan beware of the driveway, I couldn’t get in or out of the driveway with out bottoming out my car.
