3.0The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The facilities were excellent, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the surrounding environment was peaceful and relaxing. The property matched the description on Booking.com, and we enjoyed our stay.
− Unfortunately, my experience after check-out was very disappointing. It was also not clear before booking that guests needed to bring their own bed linen, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels. I only discovered this after completing my reservation. I believe this important information should be clearly displayed before guests complete their reservation to avoid misunderstandings. The host deducted €70 from my security deposit for reasons that were not clearly stated in the check-out instructions. The Booking.com listing also did not state that pets had to be registered in advance. During the dispute, the host offered to refund part of the money only if I changed my review score. After the check-out dispute, Booking.com reviewed the case and informed me that they could not confirm a valid basis for withholding the €70. Although Booking.com compensated me with Travel Credits, the host's handling of the situation left me with a very poor impression.

9.0Sehr schöne Lage, wenn auch nicht mit Meerblick. Schöner Garten und Dachterrasse, sowie schöne Weitsicht. Der Strand ist fussläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
