9.0Location was PERFECTION for everything we had planned. Plenty of room for my family of 7. The extra beach towels were very needed, thank you. Was able to check in early which helped so much. Amanda was great to deal with, very friendly.
− Master bed mattress was very firm, just not my liking.

10.0Very nice location on the island. It is close to the main north/south street (2 blocks) but far enough off it to be quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The furnishings are satisfactory. I really liked having our own designated parking spots right next to where we are staying. There's a small private outdoor area where we enjoyed happy hour in the nice quality Adirondack chairs. We like playing games and they had a good selection including Yahtzee and Phase10.
The hosts were super communicative and professional. We would love to stay here again.

− Only thing I would have liked is better water pressure in the primary bath.
The townhouse was comfortable, but the landscaping could use some help. It didn't quite match the pictures.
8.0The townhomes were nice. The pool itself was clean.
− The landscape lacked shade and luster. The pool bathroom needed to be cleaned and replenished with toilet paper. The pool entrance gate was difficult to open.
