The photos that were shown online for this apartment were completely different to what we thought we were going to stay
2.0− There were marks on the walls and stains on the carpet. The shutters for the windows that were broken from the main bedroom door were thrown into the closet. The shelves in the closet were broken. One of the power points in the kitchen did not work when I wanted to boil the kettle. Therefore I thought the kettle did not work. The bed was uncomfortable in the main bedroom as well as the pillows. The TV in the second room did not work well.

− The fridge was broken and mouldy which made the room smell disgusting and we couldn’t sleep in the apartment. Tried to call the number on the booking over 40 times with no answer. Not a great experience.

− Room had water leak, paint peeling and black mould on carpet. In Oaks, but run by 3rd party. Keys provided didn't work on common door. Left as soon as we could find alternative accommodation. Should have read reviews... They have refused to provide us a refund after knowingly putting an unfit room up for booking.

9.0We were expecting a 2 bedroom apartment as advertised but when we got there it was 2 separate apartments. It was good, the only problem was we needed more linen and there was no staff to talk to

1.0− Everything was NOT good would never recommend it and didn't end up staying there had to find alternative accommodation at night time with a child
