Worst house I've ever stayed in

− If I could give 0 stars I would. The house was poorly equipped. The kitchen had very few utensils, not enough to prep food in. In a house for 5 people there were 3 mugs. No kitchen knives at all and the pans were dirty and scratched. The beds couldn't be slept on. Protruding springs making them lumpy and the bedding looked like it had been slept on. The bathroom had a plug full of hair and black mould around the bath. Lounge looked good but you couldn't get anything other than the very basic channels on the "smart" TV and the sofa was beyond uncomfortable. The worst place I have ever rented and appaling reaction from both the owners and Booking.com when I complained. Avoid this property
