For the price, I expected something better

− Very old and worn out, ex fan for the toilet was very noisy and did not shut after a couple of minutes.
Relaxed, very enjoyable.

− Bathroom poorly lit. Mirror set back a bit too far from wash basin.

8.0Spacious and clean, close to supermarkets, not too far a walk to town centre, yet is situated in a quiet area of town.Well-appointed kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Free designated parking space a real bonus in St Andrews, good provision of toiletries/ toilet roll. George is an excellent host, happy to answer any queries and helped out any time it was required.
− Only drawback with kitchen was what appeared to be flood damage on floor, and maybe some provision of condiments/cooking oil/ dishwasher tablets could be considered.
