6.0Le bien immobilier est très bien situé, à proximité en voiture de la plupart des sites d'intérêts. La literie est confortable et le parking privé très appréciable.
− L'accès à la place privée n'est vraiment pas optimale; obligé de passer par la maison pour aller ouvrir la porte de garage. Une télécommande serait plus que nécessaire, ainsi que réparer le digicode de la porte arrière pour pouvoir entrer depuis le parking. Il n'y avait aucune notice concernant la porte de garage. Le mode automatique ne fonctionne pas et la chaîne n'était pas engagée sur la poulie pour remonter la porte manuellement....heureusement que je suis bricoleur. Le plus dur était le froid glacial au rez de chaussée. Avec des températures à -13° celsius à l'extérieur, il ne faisait pas plus de 15° celsius au rez de chaussée et ce, malgré un réglage au maximum du thermostat situé à l'étage....donc très chaud dans les chambres. L'aspirateur balai ne fonctionne pas et aurait été bien utile, tout comme une pelle à neige et du sel; cela aurait évité à mon fils de chuter lourdement à cause de la glace sur la terrasse.
