9.0This place is location location location And the folks that run it are cool, too. No hassles, private except once there was a lawn guy back there but so what. That was my third stay there, and I already booked a fourth.

− The plug in air fresheners ruined the stay -- way too strong -- we could not get rid of the strong aroma even with opening the door. The sliding door came off track and there was no screen.
