8.0Comfortable and clean....good wifi with Netflix
− Didn't like the A/C next to TV.
It was a nice place but still have more things to improve. Summing up tha was a good stay and possible to come back.
7.0Accessible to all. Very nice owner, reachable and accommodating. They things you need for a staycation.
− Water heater not working

7.0Easy accessible to transport, easy check in and check out, owner is very responsive to the inquiries and messages. Wifi connection is fast.
− The unit itself: Kindly provide utensils that is good for at least 4 people , a good sharpened knife and scissors, well washed towel and extra trash bags as advertised but no extras at all. Kindly provide extra blankets if booking for 4 people not only one available. For SMDC: please provide an overhead cover along the walk way if it’s raining and route access to all 4 towers plus out an AC on all elevators it’s too hot!!

− It says pool view, and at 20th floor. But it wasn't.
