8.0The unit is well taken care of. The bed was very comfortable. The aesthetic of the facilities and the unit in general was fabulous. The room and the entire building were very clean. Also, great location. The neighborhood felt safe yet quite close to downtown. Overall, it was great value for the money.
− I was under the impression the kitchenette was private (en suite) whereas it is shared with other guests. The description is vague and the pictures lead you to believe the kitchenette is en suite! I stayed there 3 nights. On my last night,, the kitchette was out of paper towels, and the next morning there were no coffee pods. Unfortunately, it was too late to tell management as I was about to checkout. I wish there was better upkeep to monitor the "shared" kitchette.
Comfortable location, quiet and peaceful, everything is clean, I would stay here again.
9.0Great location, great room. Everything was OK. It was clean no problems whatsoever, adequate amount of towels given as well as tissue paper.
− The property itself, there’s nothing I did not like about it. Communication with the host could have been better as some messages took a while to be answered, and even when answered they were not directly addressed, an automated text was sent disregarding my previous message.
Nice place even tho it’s small but the host was our biggest issues due to her communication.
1.0The shower wasn’t clean, heavy water mark and some hair was found in the shower the day of our arrival.
− After carefully following the guest instructions for parking we still got a parking ticket and the host had very bad communication. It’s is very unfortunate to say but the host as not replied to any of our comments or concerns.

10.0This should definitely your first priority when it comes to booking.Amazing central place you can have a huge room exactly as advertised,extra secure and such a lovely place.Stayed here for few times when needed would definitely come back!
