Decent location and the resort is lovely. Clean beds and clean bath. Nice hot tub. Good cupboard space. Clean fridge.

− 8 Deer Park - Smelt of damp dog on arrival - this went after a short while and spraying/cleaning. Superficially clean, but behind toilet, skirting boards and light shades very dirty/dusty. Probably shouldn’t have a carpet as this is what smelt of dog… Light by hot tub not working so dark at night. Beds VERY uncomfortable - springs poking into you. One bed had nasty piece of foam on top. Whole chalet just appears run down and very tired. Disappointing when seeing the other chalets in deer park. Shower door hanging off. Heating very difficult to work as thermostat on wall and controls in boiler appear to heat different radiators. So either too hot or too cold. Sofas uncomfortable and small. Could do with one larger sofa as plenty of room.

Lovely and quiet location, great walks and close to other activities. The hot tub was a great bonus. We did have a problem where it was losing water I contacted Amy and she sent someone same day to refill it leaked again, again some body was sent he was great not only did he fill it but he located the leak and fixed it so we had no other problems over the weekend.....great service .

− I do feel cleaning could have been a little better there was a large cobweb hanging from the ceiling and one by the side of the bed in the small bedroom. One other thing would be to check lightbulbs one over dining table kept flickering so much we had to turn it off and others were blown all together, other then that the facilities and the lodge was very well equipped.

Great stay, made the family break for us 😊

Lodge was good patio outside was filthy had not been cleaned since I don't know when could not use hot tub as the decking was black with dirt, umbrella was broken and thrown down on the decking filthy dirty shower door broken reported it day of arrival Still the same when we left very dissatisfied

We were disappointed because I slipped in shower as no mat and pulled door from runner. Rang and reported it promised to come next day. That was Wednesday never came. Also had problem flushing toilet. My husband can only use shower.
