6.0Der Wohnungsverwalter Jesse war sehr gut erreichbar und hat auch schnell reagiert, wenn es um Probleme an der Wohnung ging. Jesse hat fehlendes Geschirr in der Küche binnen weniger Stunden aufgefül. Er hat, versucht, das Heizungsproblem zu beseitigen und hat uns wegen der kaputten Heizung sehr schnell mit Decken und im Laufe der nächsten Tagen mit Standheizungsgeräten versorgt.
− Leider hat die Heizung in der Wohnung nicht funktioniert, so dass es insbesondere in der Nacht sehr kalt war. Jesse hat zwar sein Bestes versucht, aber die Heizung lief nicht. Die Rückzahlung des von uns geforderten Rückerstattung (Mietminderung) hat doch länger gedauert als geplant und bedurfte mehrerer Nachfragen.

10.0Fue todo excepcional, ideal para familias, muy buen ambiente, lugar tranquilo y limpio, bien cómodo y confortable, fue maravilloso la estancia, siempre fueron amables y atentos para ayudarnos, la verdad nos gustaría regresar fue una muy linda experiencia Everything was exceptional, ideal for families, very good atmosphere, quiet and clean place, very comfortable, the stay was wonderful, they were always kind and attentive to help us, the truth is we would like to return it was a very nice experience
− We recommend having a broom or mop when the stay is prolonged, but it can always be solved

Only good if you're going to the Casino
6.0− Not 2 bathrooms only 1 &1/2. On the 3rd floor with winding stairs. No dish drainer, no toaster.
