10.0Very clean, airy, spacious, comfortable and it is in a great location.

A lovely flat but very porrly equiped.
5.0The flat is in a fantastic position, just a few streets from my elderly father. The size of the flat is perect for us, though now quite dated. In fact we would quite like to buy in that complex.
− The flat is appalingly equiped, not enough cuttlery for six people and only one tea spoon, really? The dinner plates are too big for the tiny microwave, there was no welcome pack, no dish cloths, no washing up liquid, no tea towels and not even a plug for the kitchen sink! The vacuum cleaner is falling apart and unsuitable. This sort of penny pinching greatly devalues what could be an exceptional rental opportunity. When we rent a property, as we do regularly, we like to keep it as clean and tidy as we do our own home which is normally very easy, we had to buy cleaning produces to leave it in a reasonable state.
