2.0Kiva sijainti ja parveke. Ilmainen pysäköinti pihassa. Avaimen sai vaivattomasti.
− Huoneisto oli epäsiisti ja likainen. Sohvassa ja seinissä tahroja. Jääkaappiin ei voinut laittaa omia ruokia ennen kuin pesin sen. Pakastimessa vanhoja levinneitä ruokapakkauksia. Parvekkeella roskia ja parvekepöytä inhottavan likainen. Kylpyhuone olisi myös vaatinut perusteellista pesua mm. vessan pönttö. Valitin omistajalle näistä asioista, mutta hän ei vastannut.
