10.0The apartment is very nice and clean. It has everything that you need starting air condition that works perfectly, iron, two spoons, two forks, two knives and everything that you need for two person. Location is super good since you can always find a place to park and it’s not far away from either Newport or old town. I really liked how clean it was.
− Unfortunately, that was only one thing and its cockroaches. We killed one later we saw the other one and also in the hallway we saw parts of one of them. I would suggest the owners that in order to keep this high marks they should deal with it as soon as possible. Hopefully until the next person arrives, it will be done.

− Balcony was so small. Was expecting to fit 2 people, but was okay. Nice to be able to have the wee balcony.

8.0Posizione comoda per il lungomare e per ristoranti e supermarket vicini, parcheggio in strada senza problemi. Struttura molto pulita ed attrezzata di tutto, una cosa non semplice per i metri quadrati così ridotti, non manca nulla.
− La camera è, come da descrizione, piccola per una permanenza superiore ad un paio di notti, pur non mancando nulla.
