Beautiful villa in amazing location , but poor experience with hosts

Well appointed villa in great location to access the south of Mallorca. All bedrooms are well sized and comfortable, with towels provided. Beautiful grounds with large swimming pool and BBQ area. Just as picturesque as the photos, living room very comfortable. AC works well throughout. Lovely and quiet countryside setting.

− We found the hosts and holiday company hard to deal with. There was a miscommunication regarding a shopping service they said they provided, which was poorly resolved. We were asked to pay a deposit outside of booking.com the day before we arrived. Originally it was €500, then was changed to €800. I had to request this was sent as a proper invoice and had to pay over the phone. On exit we were charged for ‘damage’ to a window mosquito net that we did not touch. The holiday company did not advocate on our behalf. The whole thing felt opportunistic and left a bad taste in our mouth. We rent a villa every year for our friends and have never had such a stressful experience with a host/holiday company.

Séjour de rêve dans cette finca magnifique au milieu des oliviers et proche de très beaux villages dans une région préservée de Majorque. 6 grandes chambres avec toutes leur salle d’eau, wc, une superbe piscine, un très grand et beau séjour avec baby foot… et des propriétaires très disponible et réactifs. Nous avons hâte de revenir.
