10.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had another excellent experience at Kepler Lounge and would highly recommend it to anyone with a long layover at Perth Airport. Before my trip, I accidentally booked the wrong lounge through Booking.com. I contacted the Kepler team, and they were incredibly flexible, understanding, and accommodating. They quickly transferred my booking to the correct International Transit Zone lounge without any hassle, which made a huge difference to my journey. Their willingness to help really stood out. When I arrived, my sleeping pod was already prepared and ready for me. The entire lounge was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to rest between flights. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. They made me feel genuinely welcome and were happy to assist whenever needed. The location is also excellent. It's conveniently situated within the International Transit Zone, with plenty of food options nearby as well as a smoking lounge just a short walk away, making it very convenient during a layover. Thank you to the entire Kepler team for another fantastic experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next trip through Perth.
