8.0The room was comfortable and big enough - perfect for a couple for a short stay. Bathroom was sizable. Amenities were provided too: beach, bath, and hand towels as well as a bath mat; coffee, long life milk, body wash, handwash, dishwashing liquid. Loved the addition of a hand shower in the shower and a separate one for toilet use. Bedding was clean. Gerard was quite accommodating and friendly as well.
− Not really a big deal, but I'd probably have liked a heads-up about the geyser switching off between certain times. That way I could have planned myself around it a bit better - but still a good stay nonetheless.

10.0I just want to sincerely thank you for such an amazing stay. Everything was absolutely perfect and incredibly cozy. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, the pool was amazing, the bed was so comfortable, and the shower was next level. The balcony was refreshing and a perfect place to relax. Honestly, I have no complaints at all. This was my first time in Durban and Umhlanga, and staying here made the experience truly unforgettable. The location was ideal, with the pool so close and everything conveniently nearby. Even the little café down the road added to the charm. It felt safe, welcoming, and comfortable. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to return.
