6.0Price Located close to subway and some shops.
− Deposit through PayPal which resulted in me losing several hundred euro to a PayPal account that is now locked. Fire alarm went off in the whole building at 1 am and it took an hour to get the elevator working again. There was no fire. Not very clean. Very dusty. Dirty inside cabinets. I didnt use any dishes because they looked gross. Communication consists of automated messages and I dont appreciate having to photo the fob at checkout. Really do not see the point of that and it was not stated at outset. Guide book not available in apartment. Bad neighborhood, cant go out for a smoke without getting harassed. AC unit DIYed out the window with duct tape which is not sustainable so I didnt wamt to use it. I would def not take this place again. Not worth the money saved. Better to take a hotel.

6.0The host was super helpful. The location is good and close to all major attractions of the city.
− The property was not clean and having lots of dog-far on the carpets . It was not cleaned properly before our stay. The drawing room didn't-have heavy curtains so you cannot sleep there.Also the location was not having any owned parking which is a problem as Edmonton downtown parking is pricey.
We love our stay in this condo.
