1.0− The parking is on street parking and we were forced to park on the curb infront of someone's drive, the shower wasn't clean and neither was the toilet, the child's bed was a mattress on the floor with no bedding. The plates were also dirty. I have spoken with the landlord and have had next to no response from them about this about a refund.

− The entrance key pad didn't work - but swift help to sort it. It looks like a new venture, and some things a bit OTT - 6 pages of House Rules! Couldn't find the TV remote. Free parking is on-street and busy. Their automated email info seems to have a mind of its own - I had more than 20 messages, many duplicated, including pre-booking info for a couple of days after I'd left.
