10.0It is a beautiful house with so much space. Having a kitchen upstairs and downstairs ended up being really convenient, actually. Being walking distance from the beach was great. It's a nice vibe on that street.

10.0Great location, steps to a big beach. Fairly close to the all amenities offered by Pismo beach. The house itself was extremely clean and recently renovated. Nicely equipped kitchen to create family meal. Appreciated the gaming table and EV charger which worked well. Looks like a duplex that was renovated into a single house.. Instead of a second full size kitchen on the ground level, additional bedrooms would have been even more useful.
