4.0The location was good near everything I needed. It was close to the airport and car hire. right in the middle of Malta. I found all the convenience store and they were close to the accommodation. The weather was the best lows of 17c and high of 25c
− I want to clarify that I regularly book through Booking.com and have generally had positive experiences with them. This specific accommodation, however, fell well short of acceptable standards. From the start, there were safety concerns with the elevator, which dropped slightly when I stepped in. Inside the unit, the toilet seat was improperly attached, the shower was blocked to the point of causing ankle-deep water, and the air conditioning had multiple failures. One unit wouldn’t cool below 24 degrees, and another unit did not turn on at all. To their credit, the management did come in and fix two of the issues: they repaired the toilet seat and restored the air conditioner in the bedroom so it could be adjusted properly. However, the major concerns — particularly the blocked shower and the elevator issue — remained unresolved despite multiple contacts and assurances that they would be addressed. These were significant problems that affected the quality and comfort of the stay. I want to emphasize that this country is truly beautiful and well worth visiting. My advice is simply to choose a different property to avoid these frustrations.
