Unfortunately due to a leak at the property we were ‘upgraded’ to an alternative 3 bedroom bedroom property, the upgrade being a 3rd bedroom which wasn’t needed so not an upgrade in any shape or form. We appreciate we were moved to an alternative but sadly the new property did not look anything like our first choice. Didn’t look or feel clean and there were items in the fridge. Luckily it was only for one night and only to sleep in. Sadly very disappointed and not worth the money.

− The stairs were quite steep

It is a secured property. Its neat and bed well arranged.

− The cupboards were not clean and cups. Heating not working despite I told her and I thought she would have switched it on or instruct me on what to do. Shower couldn't be controlled to warm water. It's either cold or very hot, we couldn't bathe. Tower holder in the toilet was faulty

Very clean and tidy beds very comfy. Good kitchen. Had towels available. lounge area was nice
