Well-equipped apartment in great location.
7.0The apartment is in a great location on Ali'i drive, halfway between Kona Downtown and Outrigger. The apartment was very well equipped, good kitchen, very good stuff for the beach (chairs, umbrella, snorkelling gear, towels), washer and dryer in unit. Nice magazines for reading also.
− The apartment did feel a bit stuffy: The ACs were quite old, and therefore loud and had to be running msot of the time to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature. Without AC, the apartment does run very hot. There is also not that much natural light in the apartment.
Pleasant local condo with nice amenities in a great Location by the shore!
10.0Love the location! Walk across the street to shoreline access! Walking distance to a local marketplace called Ali’i gardens with cool shops and coffee, all handmade stuff from nice locals. The place is in a well maintained apartment building, very quiet and pleasant. Some beautiful trees and birds behind provide a peaceful atmosphere. Isaac the owner is super responsive and helpful with anything you need or questions you have. Also provides all the beach gear you need including snorkels, chairs, umbrellas etc. Highly recommend! You will enjoy it!!

10.0Isaac, the host, was incredibly attentive, kind, accommodating & helpful. He shared great tips during our stay as well. The location was perfect for us. Great food & beaches nearby as well as free public transportation out front of the property. Having a Britta water filter was a huge plus. Beach supplies & stocked kitchen equipment made our stay so much easier. Best poke in town across the street! We will definitely stay again.

10.0Appartement spacieux, très bien situé et extrêmement bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très réactif à nos demandes et fait au mieux pour nous satisfaire. Si nous devions revenir sur Kona nous choisirons sans hésiter le même logement
