IRB is awesome , our accommodations were questionable.

Location was great! Living room , Kitchen and Bedroom were nice . Nice beach chairs provided. Lots of clean towels.

− The frig ice maker and water dispenser we not in service, and it would have been nice to know before we arrived. Bathrooms were very outdated and the worse part of that is that the shower fixtures were lose and I was afraid they'd break or fall out of the wall. We encountered a few, very large roaches, one actually fell out of the vent from the ceiling one night while I was at the kitchen counter reading, it was not pleasant. Then every time I walked passed/under a ceiling vent I had to look up first to make sure there were no more. We also found a notice posted by the driveway from the city of IRB a notice of violation for which a hearing is scheduled this week.

Living room and kitchen. Good apartment size overall. Nice substantial LR furniture. Good kitchen appliances.

− Inadequate shower in main bedroom. Balcony was dirty. Beach chairs old, too small and rusty.

Very happy to have booked it . Indian rocks beech is a great place to stay

− Bathrooms need updating . Unable to shower in en suite due to angle of shower head and no power in the water

Great family vacation spot

Property was nice and big. Loved the bathroom space. The beds were extremely comfortable. Also loved the added beach chairs and towels and the kids loved the ice cream that was in the freezer! The house was always cold and the property was clean. We left some more beach stuff for future use too! :)

− Water pressure wasn’t the best in one bathroom for showering. Wish we would have known the bottom half of the property was damaged (assuming by the hurricanes). The downstairs windows were busted open and with having small children with us, it made me nervous about repairs and the stability of the building overall. (We’re not from hurricane weather state; not sure how durable houses are with that level of damage) There’s some wear and tear in the house, the bathrooms definitely had their fair share of needing some updating. But overall it was a lovely house.

I will be back.

Loved the location, walking to beach and resturants. And close enough to drive to other locations like Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, St.Pete,John's pass and much more. The house was plenty big for four adults.

− Communication was vague.
