− Unsafe, leaking, dirty — and management knew from earlier reviews Of the three bathrooms, only one was usable — and barely. The upstairs shower leaked through the floor with electrical wiring running through it; the manager himself advised us not to use that bathroom, which says enough about the safety of this apartment. The bath in the second bathroom had a broken temperature control (scalding hot water only). So we were left with the downstairs shower, which leaked water into the living room and smelled strongly of mold. The bathrooms are also so small you cannot even dry yourself properly. The rest matched: one mattress had a hole in it, the other had coil springs sticking into our bodies, and we found hairs in one bed — the sheets clearly hadn't been changed. Curtains throughout were falling apart and wouldn't close in the bedroom. The table top in the kitchen was dirty and the kitchen was so cramped it was impossible sit at the table, the fridge froze our food, the windows were dirty, and the garden was nothing like the photos: broken chairs, broken fence. The apartment is also much smaller than advertised. To be fair: a repairman was sent and he was very kind, but he couldn't fix the problems. What bothers us most: many of these exact issues appear in earlier reviews, and management replied then that they would fix them. They didn't. Don't believe those replies.

Ottima location e servizio, bagni da rivedere

Casa in posizione ottima, pochi passi dalla metro Maida Vale e da svariate fermate di Bus (piccola chicca, a 10 minuti a piedi c'è Abbey Road), oltre che a due Tesco e vari negozietti. Accogliente e funzionale, spazio esterno gradito. Per il nostro utilizzo (eravamo 8) è stata discretamente buona, letti e divano letto comodi. Per qualsiasi problema l'host si è dimostrato sempre disponibile.

− Bagni molto piccoli, lavandini quasi inutilizzabili, un po' di sporcizia qua e là che però non ci ha dato troppi problemi (tipo alcuni cuscini un po' macchiati, piccole ragnatele sopra il tetto).
