− The fact there wasn't enough cutlery and plates and utensils

2.0− The property is not what is advertised and it’s absolutely filthy, not fit for purpose at all. The place needs redecorating throughout and a really good clean, there was thick dust and cobwebs everywhere, mould in the bathroom, it hadn’t been hoovered so there was food on the kitchen floor and mess on the carpet. I would avoid booking at all costs.
