10.0An ideal property for a group of up to twenty, if not wanting privacy for couples! ALSO An ideal property for 5 couples to stay together (with privacy)! Family or Friends. There is an in-house staff available, who occupies the outhouse.
− No negatives at all!
Overall, in our thought and stayed experience It suitable only for couples.. Not for Group of friend
7.0Ambience, Rooms , Environment and Good Care Taker - Pricilla she's the heart of House.
− Breakfast is not Good. They provided Appam n Curry which we not preferred. and there is no option for breakfast. And they didn't allow us to spend time in trace and in balcony due to Australia residence staying in upstairs. And TV is not working. Wifi is not working. Water heater in bathroom is not working. They asked to put in induction stove for hot water. And in living room TV is not working. We couldn't enjoy much in accommodation. Only the Prime location and Ambiance is great about the accommodation and we cant enjoy their.

We had an excellent stay and sleep quality was very good too. The house is beautiful!!
10.0Breakfast - it was provided through some neighbours and it is mostly appam with egg curry or with peas curry. It was quite good and with decent portions too. Priscilla is the star of the place and credit goes to her for being regularly in touch with us and sharing with us the google map location, and also prompting us to inform her about the time of arrival too. We also had some lovely conversations with her and her charming smile and humourous demeanour was very helpful to unwind after a tiring day out in the sun. There are quite a few scenic spots nearby - Cocoa factory, Periyar river banks, Athirapally falls etc
− There is nothing we could complain about - everything was in order. we were given a good tour of the place once we came in, so we were familiar with all we could use and what items ( in case we need ) and where it could be found. Priscilla was always around and a huge shout out to her for keeping the place in perfect condition.

10.0Extraordinary feel at home stay. Priscilla , the guest manager is amazing. For larger or smaller groups this is a great place to stay and relax.
− May be cluttered furniture in living room. But that's negligible when compared to overall comfort
