A 50th birthday surprise stay. That couldn’t have gone any better.

Quiet cul de sac. Clean spacious property. Complimentary gift basket. The best ginger stem cookies and fresh orange juice. All the equipment you need to have a welcome home from home stay. The best outdoor space you would need for a great stay. Hot tub, dining table and chairs. Barbecue, fire pit to use, massive outdoor seating. All cushions and necessary equipment in the garden shed. Quality bedrooms x 3, the Master is en-suite. This stay was for a 50th birthday and we all enjoyed our time here so much. Keep your eye out for the two ducks that come in the garden. Very friendly. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful. There is an information folder at hand to help you with instructions for appliances and location. You must try Henry’s in Hunstanton for the best fish and chips you can get. Communication was quick with responses. And helpful with a couple of issues I need help with. Would I stay again? Yes. Would I recommend this property? Yes Thank for making our stay special

− I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Maybe the location. You need to drive to the nearest beaches, supermarkets. I only say this if your mobility is not the best at walking.

Everything great location , spacious , every modern Convenience you could think of , furniture comfortable , Hot tube was lovely

From the arrival on day one we absolutely loved the property. Plenty of parking, it was modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean! The hot tub in the garden was well used and appreciated by all, the garden was large with a fire pit, lovely. From grandparents, mum and dad and the children, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday.
