7.0Estaba muy céntrico .
− El baño de la parte de abajo, estaba muy ennegrecido lleno de moho y faltó de mantenimiento. Las escaleras de subida a la parte de arriba tienen cierta dificultad para personas de edad y con movilidad reducida.
Great location and host, well equipped but smaller than anticipated
8.0The location is excellent and the kitchen is small but very well equipped. The host is exceptionally efficient at responding to messages and very helpfully provided us with very good fans to help combat the heat.
− We stayed during a heat wave and struggled to stay cool enough to sleep at night, because all the windows are on the same side, opening onto Calle Celestino Junquera, which is much busier than Calle Concepion Arenal where the entrance door is. Some of the photos are no longer accurate (eg a flimsy shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom not a fixed screen), some aspects of the flat are worn and not as clean as they could be. The upstairs bathroom is en suite to one bedroom, making its shared use a bit awkward.

− Las calles son algo ruidosas, pero dentro de lo normal para una ciudad aunque el aislamiento de las ventanas no está nada mal.

10.0Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemühtlich eingerichtet, Jeder von uns vier hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer.
− Der QR-Code für die Parkgarage hat mit dem Mobil-Telefon nicht funktioniert sondern nur mit dem ausgedruckten Code, der in der Wohnung lag.
