5.0Paid 2 different prices for extras for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Up to now we didn’t get any response on our email.
− Didn’t book all our treatments as per the package we booked. Then when they rectified this the therapists had to hurry to try and complete the last treatment in time. Again no response on our email

− swimming pool was not clean and jacuzzi was not available, i was promised to be contacted for the timing of jacuzzi but no one bothered. my accommodation has breakfasts included but i was told it is limited offer not drinks was included. why didn't accommodation peoples send me details what is included and waht not?

7.0The rooms were nicely decorated, clean. The staff members were friendly.
− No coffee included in the breakfast, at least offer just a filter coffee alongside the limit of R80 breakfast. Spa area is beautiful, but the gardens look a bit neglected.

6.0The location was perfect
− 1. Instead of using tomatoes for the omelette , they can replace it with onions or peppers 2. The room we were in was closer to the staff rooms and they made noise Saturday morning 3. The shower wasn’t draining, and when they came to work on it, they left the drain cover open — but the water still wasn’t going down.

− Breakfast too basic no fruits, juice or cereal and we had to wait for a long time before the food was served. The staff did not have any identification so one doesn’t know who you are talking to. We ordered a picnic to celebrate my birthday, it didn’t meet our expectations. It consisted of a big meal platter, a bowl of salad plus a bottle wine. It was supposed to be at 1pm but only happened at 2.30 pm after I had to remind the chef, he responded by saying that he was only told at 12.45 to prepare the picnic. This did not meet our expectations, I was looking forward to enjoying my special day but was very disappointed.
