10.0Location of the apartment was very close to the beach, easy access to shops, tram and bus station and 1 minute walk to the beach.

8.0La proximité de la plage et des commerces même s’ils sont peu nombreux. Endroit calme et très agréable. Le propriétaire était toujours disponible par message. Le studio est bien pour un week-end. Beaucoup de rangement, ce qui est fort appréciable. Décoration cosy et le studio est lumineux.
− Le bâtiment est un peu vieillot et peu entretenu dirait-on. Il faudrait y apporter quelques rénovations. Il faudrait également faire quelques rénovations au niveau de la douche, moisissures présentes. L'écoulement de l’eau au niveau des éviers et de la douche se fait difficilement. J’ai voulu passer l’aspirateur ou le balai mais il n’y en avait pas, c'est dommage. Et dernier point, ce n’est pas un appartement 2 chambre mais un studio avec 1 coin lit superposé et 1 lit encastré dans le studio.

9.0Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war super, das Appartement klein aber fein und die Lage direkt am Meer nicht zu toppen. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Es gibt einen Aufzug zum Appartment. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

− Mittelmäßige Sauberkeit im Badezimmer, unbequeme Betten und der Aufzug funktionierte nicht richtig

− Fahrstuhl funktionierte leider nicht, weshalb das Kofferschleppen in den dritten Stock etwas mühsam war. Dusche sollte mal mit einem Anti Schimmel Reiniger behandelt werden
