Sijainti oli hyvä, asunto sinällään viihtyisä, näkymä parvekkeelta kiva

− Vaikka hissien toimimattomuus oli tiedossa, se oli todella hankalaa ikääntyville ihmisille kiivetä viidenteen kerrokseen. Sisäänkirjautuminen kotoa käsin ei onnistunut ja paikan päällä aiheutti ongelmia. Suihkun viemäri tulvi eteiseen ja makuuhuoneeseen saakka, ja sen korjasi yksi meistä. Kun menimme, lattiat olivat erittäin likaiset.

Location was nice.

− 7 floor building with no working lift. We were on 5th floor. Timed lights on stairs with 1 switch to operate on ground floor. Midway between 1st and 2nd floor lights go out, have to negotiate stairs and try to open door in pitch blackness. Stairs and lobby are littered with builders debris and spare/broken tiles on every half landing. Dirty. Huge risk of trip/fall on stairs due to debris and broken tiles. Not fit for purpose and surprised it is not condemned. Local Agent Sun Property say they are not responsible, it's a maintenance issue outside their control. Lift has been out of order for months. Apartment was clean but drawer in bathroom has front falling off, shower temperature control came off in my friend's hand, loose, just pushed on, comes off when turned. Bidet tap loose swivels everyday. Looking at review on another site left over a year ago...same issue with drawer in bathroom. Bathroom door is water damaged and when closed from bathroom side, it will not open, requiring someone outside to turn handle and push in. Local Agent no help and abrupt when issues are mentioned. No relocation available, no refund, no customer service. We had to relocate at our own expense as we couldn't manage without lift and it was dangerous on stairs and lobby. We stayed 1 night out of 8 we paid for. We are going to seek legal advice and consumer rights advice to proceed with getting refund/compensation for spoiled holiday, stress and misleading representation of property. It was more a prison sentence than a holiday and the pool is shaded...hence no people in any promotional pictures we saw. AVOID.

The apartment was very clean and spacious good location in Los Cristianos

− The lift out of order and having to climb 6 flights of stairs wasn't good, reminded me of being down the pit as a miner having to climb, the shower flooded out into one of the bedrooms, only 1 key between 3 people isn't good especially if people become separated on a night out and 1 person has the key

Has great potential but the apartment really needs some TLC and care put into it.

Brilliant location, walking distance to all major shops and beach.

− The beds and pillows both exceptionally uncomfortable. Unfortunately we experienced a flood with the shower which a gentleman came out to put drain unblock down but this didn’t solve the issue. The bathroom has mould in, and the bathroom door has all water damage where other guests have clearly experienced the same flood issue and it hasn’t been sorted properly. The pool area isn’t maintained as well as it should be, ants everywhere and the pool itself was dirty. We was there 2 weeks and every morning we never saw it being cleaned, only a cleaner brushing dirt into the pool. You should also offer 2 sets of keys as a family it was a nightmare if someone in the family wanted to go out or go back before everyone else.

− 7 piani tutti senza ascensore! Piscina sempre chiusa e mai accessibile. Appartamento sporco e decadente.

No puedes alojar a 7 huéspedes con 1 solo baño que además no funciona.

− La ducha no tragaba, llegaba el agua a la habitación. La madera de las paredes estaba ensanchada. Las sábanas tenian manchas de humedad.
