8.0House was convenient and clean. While older style effort had been made to ensure it was comfortable.

Happy kids and happy Doggo, easy walk to the beach.
10.0The kids played ping pong in the garage. The verandah would be awesome in Summer I imagine. We loved watching ships pass. Comfy couches in living room. House was spacious. Great to have found an excellent pet friendly option as we frequent Ocean Grove.
