Sziasztok. 5en voltunk 8 éjszakát az apartmanban. Már foglalás után felvettem a kapcsolatot a tulajdonossal, Joseval. Volt néhány extra kérésem, mivel 3 szülinapos volt az 5főből, így szerettem volna egy kis meglepetést szerezni, amiben maximálisan segítőkész volt Jose, mindent tökéletesen előkészített(Torta, Lufik, Pezsgő)!! még egyszer nagyon köszönöm! A Villáról csak jót tudok mondani, csendes helyen van, elsőre ugyan kicsit nehezen jutottunk a bejárathoz, pedig minden infót, képekkel megkaptunk, csak hát mindenki nagyon fáradt volt, de miután kézben volt a kulcs, minden sokkal egyszerűbb volt. A Villa felett lévő utcában mindig tudtunk parkolni, legrosszabb esetben 100méterre a körforgalomnál. Nos, a ház mindennel!!! Ismétlem mindennel IS fel van szerelve, nagyon modern minden, hatalmas tv nappaliban, illetve minden szobában van tv. Szuper a Jacuzzi, hangulatos a város fénye. Gyalog sincs messze semmi, az utca alján Mercadona, ha bevásárolni akarsz. Köszönjük a lehetőséget, szuper 8 napot töltöttünk itt. Hello. We stayed in the apartment for 8 nights as a group of 5. After making the reservation, I contacted the owner, Jose. I had a few extra requests because three out of the five of us had birthdays, so I wanted to prepare a small surprise. Jose was extremely helpful and prepared everything perfectly (cake, balloons, champagne). Thank you very much again! I can only say good things about the villa. It is located in a quiet area. At first it was a bit difficult to find the entrance, even though we received all the information and pictures in advance. But we were all very tired after traveling. Once we had the key, everything became much easier. We were always able to find parking on the street above the villa, and in the worst case there was parking about 100 meters away near the roundabout. The house is equipped with absolutely everything – I really mean everything. Everything is very modern.

It was perfect for our party of 5 family, excellent communication with the very friendly owner all instructions were clear. The house is very spacious and we loved the Japanese style loos also the jacuzzi was great after our walks in the mountains specifically. It has to be the best property we ever stayed at during our holidays in the Canaries. Puerto Rico itself was really great. Easy to walk down to the beach and there is a lovely walk to Amadores along the coast. Bars, restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk and a very good location for getting anywhere else on the island.

Ottima abitazione in posizione fantastica. La casa è arredata con gusto ed è dotata di tutti i confort, compresa una splendida vasca jacuzzi sulla terrazza con vista sulla sottostante Puerto Rico. Vicinissima al centro commerciale piu famoso della zona. Josè è un bravissimo host: sempre pronto a rispondere ad evantuali domande o richieste.
