− Es molt vell i sense cap manteniment. El sofa inservible, els llums de l,habitacio de baix no anaven, el pati sense csp manteniment i ple de sorra, el mobiliari del pati gens util. Rls bsnys estan tant vells que fa angunia. La torradora i sltres estrus de cuina tant vells i fets malbe que ni es poden fer servir.
