1.0We came but no rooms available. OUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. NO ONE INFORMED US THAT OUR RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED. We are claiming for full refund . I want to have a notification that tje booking.com are processing now the full refund and compensation of the said booking.

7.0Very friendly, helpful, genuinely caring & hospitable staff - I was treated very well and have made good friends with the staff; we had a lot of fun and laughter. Great to be able to use a free bicycle to get around. It's in a pretty good location as it's not too close to the busy central town which makes it a quiet location and I felt safe here. I would go back to stay again.
