Great location, very comfortable stay
10.0The house was spacious and well equipped. There is an IGA just around the corner and the central markets are only a short walk away.

value for money, close to CBD
8.0closeness to CBD, zoo, etc. Large bedrooms, general facilities and private parking one street over.
− The interior is looking a bit tired, also some instructions on how to use air conditioner, etc would be helpful. Instructions for the car parking was hidden in a drawer and wasn't found until contact was made. Front door needs adjustment as doesn't close securely.

9.0The place is spacious, huge bedrooms, huge dining area and there are plenty of bathrooms. This place is suitable for families and groups of friends.
− The location is not too far from cbd, but still needs to walk for some distance, importantly not many shops around.
