Une nuit passée dans le noir avec un bébé de 3 mois sous 30 degrés , suivie d’un service client inexistant.
1.0Rien. Nous n’avons jamais pu profiter de l’établissement. Toute la journée suivant notre arrivée a été consacrée à gérer le litige avec la direction afin d’obtenir le remboursement du reste de notre séjour, après une nuit passée sans électricité ni climatisation avec notre bébé de 3 mois.
− Nous sommes arrivés vers minuit avec notre bébé de 3 mois alors que l’hôtel était privé d’électricité. La réception nous a assuré que le courant reviendrait en moins de 30 minutes, mais nous avons finalement passé toute la nuit sans électricité, sans climatisation, par plus de 30 °C. L’hôtel ne disposait pas d’un groupe électrogène capable d’assurer les services essentiels. Les panneaux lumineux des issues de secours n’étaient pas éclairés pendant la panne, ce qui est préoccupant en cas d’évacuation. Le lendemain, l’hôtel a refusé un remboursement et il a fallu l’intervention de Booking.com pour obtenir le remboursement du reste du séjour. Le directeur n’est jamais venu nous rencontrer. Enfin, la restauration est de très mauvaise qualité. Nous avons quitté l’hôtel pour le Radisson Blu Palace Djerba, qui, lui, dispose d’un groupe électrogène.
