Great long weekend at Pigeon House that ticked all the boxes
10.0Everything! Tucked away private location, lovely spacious house with very comfortable beds. Great hosts in Elaine and Adam who were very friendly and always responded well to any messages. Pièce de résistance is the hot tub in the garden area with birds and squirrels nearby to make even more peaceful. Don’t usually go to the same place twice but we will be returning here.

10.0Everything! Location, close to Shrewsbury but completely quiet. Beautiful decor with luxurious touches. Very well kitted out kitchen, for real cooks. The walled garden. The size and comfort of the hot tub. The gorgeous hand washes. I could go on!!!

Beautiful countryside stay
10.0Our holiday at the Pigeon House got off to a good start when Elaine met us on arrival and showed us around, making us feel very welcome. The interior has been carefully put together to provide a very lovely holiday home with everything you might need being provided. We lit the log burner but the underfloor heating was warm enough on its own. The bed deserves a special mention as it was super comfortable and we slept so soundly! Our stay was for a family get together and birthday, and this property is ideal for two couples as each bedroom has its own bathroom.

10.0Came for our mini moon! Beautiful property, well presented and very clean. Hosts are absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Would 100% stay again.

10.0Pigeon House is a wonderful escape away. The hot tub is incredible and easy to use. Elaine & Adam (the owners) were very friendly, helpful, and added little thoughtful extras such as crumpets & local butter left in the fridge for us and a bowl of sweets. The shower gel provided is made by a local shop and it's lovely. The garden area is very pretty, the whole place is absolutely immaculate. We would definitely recommend it.
