6.0- Mooi en rustige ligging - Duidelijke instructies/communicatie - Welkomstgeschenk met koffie en koekjes - Genoeg parkeergelegenheid
− - Zeer donker/weinig lichtinval - Zeer krap. Deur van de badkamer kan niet open als iemand op de wc zit - Aangezien het verblijf deels ondergronds gelegen is, is het heel koud en vochtig. Onze handdoeken en zwempakken bleven na 24u nog nat - Weinig voorzieningen in de keuken. Beel te weinig servies.

10.0El alojamiento está muy bien, muy moderno y equipado. La localización es muy buena para hacer trekking/trail ya que está muy cerca de Boca da Encumeada. Lo recomiendo
− Nos gustó todo en general, simplemente mencionar que un bajo y huele un poco a humedad pero nada reseñable.

10.0Die Unterkunft ist im Landesinnern von S. Vicente, ca 10min vom Zentrum, ein bisschen abgelegen. Ohne Auto schwierig zu erreichen. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist man genau richtig. Häusschen ideal für ein Paar, authentisch, schön eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants im Dorfzentrum.
− Nichts! Es hat alles gepasst. Betreffend Klima: Da die Gegend eher feuchtes Klima hat, sind am morgen die Fenster beschlagen. Die Wäsche braucht eher lange, bis sie trocknet.

Disappointing
6.0Nicely fitted with a modern look. Nice comfortable bed. Good communication from the owner.
− Several dogs were barking in the neighbourhood. There were no drawers for our clothes etc., only a hanging rail with limited hangers, so we had to use our suitcase as storage. It felt quite damp and every morning we had to wipe condensation from the front porch area. Clothes that we washed took 3 days to dry. The place is quite dark and you can only actually see outside when you open the windows, as they are frosted. The hot water ran out during anything other than a very short shower. There was no way to dry the bathroom towels/shower mat, so after a while they started to smell musty. I think a chest of drawers in the bedroom, a heated towel rail in the bathroom and a dehumidifier would solve most of the problems we experienced.
