− The fact that to get to the king size bedroom you go through a double room. Limited our flexibility in allocating rooms but it was possible to sort it out and it worked ok for us.

8.0Didn't have breakfast. Location was good. Close to buses and beach across road.
− One bedroom next to another one. Had to go through a bedroom to get in & out of other bedroom. One of the showers upstairs had bad smell from drain.smelt like sewage.
Great group stay option in Waiheke
8.0The property was in a great location close to the beach and centre of town. It was spacious and comfortable for our large group, with plenty of bathrooms and lounging areas. Nice and clean with great facilities including laundry and BBQ.
− Our only suggestion would be adding fly screens to allow the windows to remain open at night, given there are no fans or air con.
