6.0il terrazzo aveva un panorama bellissimo che non mi aspettavo. la disponibilita del proprietario ad anticipare l'ingresso in casa
− la seconda camera era ad un livello inferiore con un accesso diverso e non era vivibile in quanto c'era una puzza perenne di chiuso e una forte umidita. il fatto che la stanza fosse ad un livello diverso non era chiaro nell'annuncio. l'annuncio non era coerente con quanto previsto dal regolamento della casa. il proprietario ha richiesto dei costi aggiuntvi sull'aria condizionata prevedendo un costo per ogni kilowattora consumato con l'aria condizionata ma questo non era specificato nell'annuncio. alla fine tali costi non ci sono stati addebitati ma dopo una non piacevole discussione.

− Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, die Sanitäranlagen waren wirklich schmutzig. Etwas mehr Stauraum im Badezimmer wäre gut, war etwas spartanisch.
