I don't recommend dealing with them.
1.0− Lack of flexibility for late check-in and after I found out that I would not be allowed in after 10pm, I tried to cancel the reservation but was denied even though 15 minutes had passed since the reservation. So I can't say anything good about this hotel. There is absolutely no flexibility in this apartment.
