Our experience was bad
1.0Location is good It is clean
− The housekeeper’s behavior during checkout was extremely disappointing. We politely asked if we could have an extra 30 minutes to load our luggage into the cars, but instead of responding with understanding or courtesy, she spoke to us in a very disrespectful and rude manner. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from hotel staff before. A little kindness and respect would have made a big difference, especially during the checkout process. Unfortunately, this left a very negative impression of our stay.
I will definitely stay here again
