− Condizioni igieniche, di sicurezza e manutentive inesistenti, armadi rotti, lenzuola macchiate e strappate, materasso macchiato, acqua fredda dalla doccia, struttura sporchissima, cavi elettrici scoperti, cibo inqualificabile, corridoi invasi da stoviglie sporche e avanzi di cibo, personale dorme sui divani dell’ingresso e in un inqualificabile magazzino sul medesimo piano. Personale non parlava inglese: traduzione richiesta a terzi. Immondizia raccolta nel locale refezione. Le fotografie fatte possono inconfutabilmente provare quanto descritto. 5 notti al costo di circa EURO1’500.-! Necessario un rimborso!
