A beautiful spacious home in a picaresque location by 360 Estates♡

Although we had some slight nuisances, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.

The apartament is really pretty, the bedrooms are very spacious. I really appreciate that we got the handbook with the information about check in & out, the waste management and the plugs, and also WhatsApp messages from the manager offering help if needed.

− Some information from the mentioned handbook were misleading, like a WiFi user and password- they were totally different. Only when we entered the data from the router it worked. The remote had batteries that had leaked - we informed the host about it but had no response. The kettle in the kitchen didn’t work too, but we found out it was the faulty plug adapter. I wish there was more information on where to find some things like products for the dishwasher or the place of the washing machine (a big cabinet on one of the balconies is not that obvious place). For such price I would also expect some essentials for guests like shower gel or a soap or even a toilet paper supply (two rolls is not enough for the family of 6 per week).

Avoid, if you like things that work.

Great location - if you have a car

− I stayed at a 360 Estates Malta property for 12 days while my own bathroom was being renovated, and unfortunately, the experience ended up being more stressful than my actual renovation. Right from day one, there were multiple issues: missing items (like a drying rack), two broken kettles, kitchen plugs that didn’t work, no proper adapters for the appliances they themselves provided, a badly leaking shower, rain seeping into the bedroom even with doors shut, balcony doors that wouldn’t lock, a TV that wasn’t connected to Wi-Fi or cable, and a hot water heater that only provided a few minutes of hot water. On top of that, the dishwasher and washing machine were dirty and had to be cleaned multiple times before use, and the stove fuse blew out unexpectedly. There were minimal kitchen items, which while somewhat understandable is silly for such a large apartment. The items that were available were in such bad condition that we ended up getting our own pots and pans to use, rather than get Teflon poisoning. We were also confronted rather angrily by a neighbour about an item that was moved (not by us) about 5 centimetres. I recommend that person takes up knitting as a hobby. Although the staff responded quickly at first and were polite, the sheer number of problems in just one week was overwhelming. The apartment itself is beautiful, but it seems poorly maintained and definitely needs a thorough inspection before new guests arrive. When I sent a detailed message outlining all the issues and requested to speak with a manager, I was disappointed to be completely ignored—no follow-up, no apology, no plan for resolution. For the price I paid, I expected a functional, stress-free rental. I hope future guests have a better experience, but based on my stay and the lack of communication from management, I can’t recommend using them.

Any excellent apartment, well situated and in excellent condition + first class support from 360.

The whole apartment was just what we needed for our stay and the location was ideal for where we were working down the road in Hal Ghazaq. Support from 360 was excellent and any minor issues were quickly resolved. We could not have asked for anything more.

− There were no negatives during our three week stay - everything was fine. The only issue we had which could not be resolved was that the TV could not be used as it would not receive a signal.
