− La présence insistante de la propriétaire, la multiplication infantilisante de ses consignes, son empressement à être payée. Si vous lui confiez du linge (2000 dram la lessive, pour nous incomplète) verifiez bien avec elle que tout sera lavé…

10.0Very nice place run by lovely mother and daughter..good location for visiting sanahin and haghpat monastery.they offer also art workshop.i highly recommend.

10.0I loved my stay here, everything was perfect. Ala and her mom are so nice. They made me feel at home and I had a great welcome. The food was delicious and the room was very comfortable.

10.0Thanks Marina and all the best for you! You cared for me as a mother, cooking amazing breakfasts with something different everyday. The food was tasty and plentiful so I did not need to eat anything until evening.The location of the house was perfect for hiking and enjoying the stunning views of the canyon along the Debet River as well as visiting the monasteries of Sanahin, Haghpat and Akhtala. All the house was really clean and spotless including the bathroom. Unbeatable value for money!
− You need to take a local bus or taxi if you want to get to the main road or bus station in Alaverdi. But transport was really easy and cheap, 100 drams for the bus and 1000 drams for the taxi (fixed price). So not a problem.
