Objekt mit Potential - Sauber und ordentlich aber nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß

In der Küche waren die wichtigsten Grundnahrungsmittel bzw. Gewürze, Zucker, Kaffee & Tee vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank wurde Wasser bereitgestellt. Es standen ausreichend Handtücher, auch für den Strand zur Verfügung und es war alles ordentlich geputzt und sauber.

− Das Objekt ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Außenanlagen sind teilweise in einen nicht wünschenswerten Zustand. Das Mobiliar ist sehr zusammengewürfelt, Sitzmöbel mit Decken aufgehübscht. Die Putzutensilien waren lieblos hinter einen einsehbaren Tresen gestellt. Leider hat das Objekt keinen Taubenschutz auf dem Dach wie die umliegenden Häuser. Dadurch fühlen sich die Vögelchen auf dem Dach sehr wohl, machen ab Sonnenaufgang einen fürchterlichen Lärm und hinterlassen auch den einen oder anderen Kothaufen auf der Terrasse. Sehr unappetitlich.

Really nice villa with a wonderfully spacious private garden which had a covered pergola for alfresco dining, together with garden furniture - sunbeds and barbecue etc. The location was perfect - 10 minutes walk to a couple of lovely beaches, good for snorkeling - one with a decent beach bar overlooking it (which stayed opened in the evening as well), the other with a cozy cantina in the shade of some trees. Two minutes walk in the other direction was a the main road, with a sizeable supermarket, and half a dozen decent restaurants/tavernas and a few bars - not overly busy but not to quiet either. Paralimni itself is some distance from the much busier resort of Protarus, but having a car it suited us fine. Communication with the host was good, via whatsapp. The interior of the house was clean and very well equipped - literally everything we needed , including a good supply of water in the fridge. For us though the location and garden were the stand-out features.

− I couldn't get the wi-fi to work, not a problem for me as I had plenty of mobile data.

The house was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The garden is extremely well kept and there is a nice barbecue station. On our last day we punctured our car's wheel and the host not only allowed us to stay in the house for 5 extra hours, but helped us to find a solution, brought us water and was all around wholesome. One of the kindest humans you'll ever meet.
