− Avevamo prenotato una settimana presso questa struttura. Il giorno dell'arrivo la proprietaria non ha più risposto. Avevamo il check-in alle ore 15.00 abbiamo iniziato a scrivere alla proprietaria dalle 13.30 per avvisarla che stavamo arrivando. Alle 15.00 eravamo sotto casa e abbiamo iniziato a chiamarla e inviarle messaggi. Ma niente non ci ha mai risposto. Siamo stati costretti a perdere mezza giornata di vacanza stando dietro a booking per trovare un nuovo alloggio. Alla fine la proprietaria ci ha richiamato dopo le 19.00 per chiederci cosa era successo, e che si era dimenticata di fornirci il codice per aprire il lucchetto di sicurezza con le chiavi. Ha avuto anche il coraggio di dirci che potevamo aspettare una sua chiamata e che tutto si sarebbe risolto. Ma secondo lei io sto fino alle 19:00 a sperare che qualcuno mi pottese rispondere. Senza parole. In sostanza abbiamo perso mezza giornata di vacanza, e abbiamo dovuto spendere soldi in più per la nuova prenotazione. Sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare da questa struttura. Servizio pessimo.
